Sutley Peak

Sutley Peak (1,400 m or 4,600 ft) is a rock peak in Antarctica located just north of Wright Peak and 3 nautical miles (3.5 mi; 5.6 km) east-northeast of Miller Crag in the Jones Mountains. Mapped by the University of Minnesota Jones Mountains Party, 1960–61. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Commander Robert M. Sutley, U.S. Navy, Executive Officer of Mobile Construction Battalion One on U.S. Navy Operation Deepfreeze 1962.
